The Professional plan includes all 11 platform modules — Care Delivery, HR & Recruitment, Payroll, Finance & Accounting, CRM, Compliance, Fleet, Communications, Quality, Reporting and the Client & Family Portal. The Starter plan covers Care Delivery, HR and Compliance. There are no per-module add-on charges.
No setup fee. Starter and Professional plans are month-to-month with no minimum contract — cancel any time. Enterprise plans have a minimum 12-month term with a dedicated onboarding and migration package included.
Yes. We provide data migration support from Birdie, CareFirst, CarePoint, BambooHR, Sage, Xero and most other care and finance platforms. Professional and Enterprise plans include full migration assistance as standard. Contact us to discuss your specific system.
All data is hosted on UK-based servers. This is a hard requirement for CQC-registered organisations and NHS-funded providers. Enterprise clients receive dedicated server infrastructure with a contractual data residency guarantee.
Yes. The payroll module submits Full Payment Submissions (FPS) and Employer Payment Summaries (EPS) to HMRC via the RTI gateway — exactly as Sage Payroll and BrightPay do. P60s, P45s and P11D are generated in-platform. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
